I just had my first service experience at Renn Haus European auto service today. To say the experience was excellent would be an understatement. I worked with Greg Kenney, what a pro! My car was done at the agreed upon time. Greg pointed out a few things that needed to be done to my 82,000-mile car, without using typical "scare tactics." After we return from our 2-week trip I'll be back to have the various services performed. My wife and I will be using Renn Haus for all of our automotive service needs in the future. As a retired car dealer, I really appreciate the level of service provided at Renn Haus. Thank You!

I recently purchased a 2005 Boxster with 54k miles. When I got home I noticed a small clear leak coming down from the expansion tank, passenger side rear wheel. I described the issue to Jack D, one of the Service advisors working at Renn Hous located on 2nd street Sarasota Florida. Jack suggested I bring it in to have a pressure test done. It was determined that I had a leak in the plastic expansion tank, And that I would be needing a new one. While they were already “underneath the hood” and the milage where it was, I had them replace the water pump and thermostat. After completing the work they re-pressurized the cooling system and found no other leaks. Jack Took me to their service Bay. I was impressed. You could eat off the floor in there clean as could be. That showed me they take a lot of pride in their work. I would recommend anyone not willing to work on their own vehicle Consider taking their vehicle to Renn Hous . They are very professional. I will continue to use them in the future. Right now I’m enjoying my 2005 Baxster. Isn’t that what it’s all about? Thank you, Jack

I found Renn Haus of Sarasota through several Facebook groups recommending them for European vehicles, especially Land Rover and they absolutely lived up to the hype. First off, it was refreshing to actually speak to a human. Greg answered on the second ring, and the greeting was prompt and professional. I called because my wife’s LR4 had to be towed in, and I suspected a bad alternator. Greg mentioned they typically run a diagnostic, but after discussing the symptoms, he agreed with my assessment and offered to take a quick look first and skip the diagnostic if the issue was obvious. That honesty and flexibility stood out right away. I was able to drop the vehicle off the very next day. As someone who researches everything, I checked parts and labor pricing beforehand, and I found their pricing to be very fair and competitive. They replaced the alternator and completed the additional services just two days after I dropped it off, which was a great turnaround time. While it was there, I also had them do an oil change and brake flush. Now, 30 days later, the LR4 is running smooth with no issues. Great communication, fair pricing, and quality work. I was NOT expecting the level of service and professionalism that I experienced at Renn Haus :) I was taken care of by Jack, my Service Advisor, and in a word he was awesome! I came in for an unfortunate tire replacement due to a puncture on my Porsche Cayenne, which has Pirelli low profile tires. The tire was delivered the same day and I arranged to have it installed a couple of days later. Upon arrival my car was taken in immediately and the job completed quickly as well as an overall quick checkup on all my fluid levels. I have to add that their facilities are also immaculate! The entire Renn Haus team were wonderful. They TRULY UNDERSTAND SERVICE !
